About the Program
The Ghana program places participants inside Accra’s professional ecosystems four days a week, with Fridays dedicated to leadership development, community-engaged learning, and cultural immersion. Placements span technology, finance, agribusiness, health, and creative sectors, with each intern contributing real deliverables to their host organization.
Program Format
Two Flexible Options
Option 1: Full In-Country
Four weeks in-country (full duration abroad)
Option 2: Hybrid Format
Three weeks in-country + one week remote (pre-departure virtual component)
This flexible structure allows participants to begin their internship remotely before joining the cohort on-site for the in-country phase.
